With rapid growth comes opportunity. We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team in Camarillo, CA! This is a full-time, onsite, temporary position.
Responsibilities:
-
Assists in creating, maintaining and organizing all marketing collateral including brochures, catalogs, manuals, inserts, technical documents, sales sheets, magazine ads, web graphics, videos, and large format graphics for all Hygiena businesses. Creates and maintains packaging for label design.

Maintains and organizes digital assets and templates in the online platform, Brandfolder.

Partners with Graphic Design team on projects and expected deliverables, providing guidance to level I as needed. Responsible for communicating and documenting project needs and timelines via Asana (project management system).

Ensures a strong, recognizable and relevant visual look for the brand is communicated and executed across all assets and is consistent with the brand identity.

Ensures compliance with and/or follows all organizational systems, programs, training, policies, and procedures as required and complies with relevant legal mandates. Seeks guidance as necessary.

Actively supports and participates in the safety program, both for self-protection and the protection of other employees, by reading and abiding by all requirements in the Safety Manual and Injury Illness Prevention Program (IIPP).

Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional manner.

Must be able to fulfill essential job function in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.

Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent education and work experience, required.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in in-house graphic design required that includes designing for print and digital.

Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
-
Intermediate knowledge of Cinema 4D, ability to design 3D Renderings and Animations.
-
Intermediate knowledge of print management for traditional offset and digital printing including color management, finishing, die cutting, and bindery.
-
Intermediate knowledge of packaging design.
-
Intermediate knowledge of Asana and Page Proof programs.

Solid understanding of multimedia design for print, web, video, large format display
-
Solid understanding photography, photo retouching knowledge
-
Intermediate knowledge of video editing, a plus.
Salary Range (applicable to California):
$32.00 - $37.00 per hour DOE
