Design & Creative Development

  • Conceptualize and execute high-quality designs for a wide range of offline marketing materials, including brochures, posters, flyers, banners, packaging, and print collateral
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign objectives into compelling visual concepts
  • Ensure brand consistency across all printed and visual materials, adhering to established brand guidelines
  • Create print-ready artwork and coordinate technical requirements with printing vendors when needed
  • Manage end-to-end design projects—from initial briefing and concept development to final delivery
  • Update and refine designs based on internal feedback, brand direction, and evolving project requirements
  • Support the creative strategy by contributing fresh ideas and design recommendations

Branding & Visual Identity Management

  • Maintain and strengthen the company’s visual identity across all marketing and communication materials
  • Ensure all print designs meet brand standards in terms of typography, color, layout, and overall style
  • Assist in developing new brand elements, templates, and design systems when required
  • Conduct regular reviews of print materials to ensure consistency and quality

Print Production & Material Preparation

  • Prepare, package, and deliver print-ready files following technical specifications and industry standards
  • Coordinate with external print vendors regarding formats, color profiles, materials, and production timelines
  • Conduct quality checks on printed materials and ensure accuracy in final outputs
  • Support the selection of suitable materials, finishes, and print techniques for various design projects

Project Coordination & Workflow Management

  • Manage multiple design requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and other teams to support campaign execution
  • Ensure clear communication of project timelines, requirements, and deliverables
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and support urgent or time-sensitive design needs
  • Maintain organized files, version control, and structured documentation for all design assets

Data, Insights & Performance Tracking

  • Support data-driven creative decision-making by analyzing design performance and campaign outcomes
  • Maintain records of production costs, timelines, and project outcomes to optimize future design workflows
  • Incorporate feedback and performance results to enhance future designs and creative strategies

Systems, Tools & Process Optimization

  • Utilize Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and other design tools with a high level of proficiency
  • Suggest improvements to design workflows, internal processes, and creative documentation standards
  • Support automation of repetitive design tasks to improve efficiency and consistency
  • Maintain an organized design library, templates, and brand assets for internal use

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to support campaigns, branding initiatives, and promotional activities
  • Coordinate with Operations, Product, and Sales teams to ensure alignment between design output and business goals
  • Support company-wide communication materials, presentations, reports, and event-related creatives
  • Ensure timely design support for product launches, events, and marketing campaigns

Skills & Profile

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator; knowledge of Photoshop is a plus
  • Excellent understanding of layout, typography, print standards, and visual aesthetics
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to produce visually striking designs
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret and implement constructive feedback
  • Proven experience in graphic design (minimum 2–3 years preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • A strong portfolio showcasing relevant print and offline design work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
