Graphic Designer (Intermediate Level)

Organization: Afzaal Memorial Thalassemia Foundation (AMTF)
Position: Graphic Designer (Entry to Intermediate Level)
Experience: 1.5–3 years (Preferred) in a professional design environment (Health sector experience will be preferred). ENTRY LEVEL ENTHUSIASTS ARE ALSO ENCOURAGED TO APPLY

Location: Karachi

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (Must)
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding
• Ability to design social media creatives, campaign assets, posters, banners, brochures, form and basic print material
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency.

Plus Point (Preferred)

• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience working with a hospital/healthcare/NGO

Key Responsibilities

• Design day-to-day visuals for AMTF’s Facebook and digital platforms
• Support campaigns related to thalassemia awareness, blood donation drives, fundraising, and events
• Coordinate with the lead for revisions and final approvals
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards

• Must be able to take constructive criticism positively and improve work accordingly
• Must have the ability to understand instructions clearly from the lead
• Strong communication and coordination mindset
