Job description :

The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple performance channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a data-driven marketer who can analyze performance metrics, manage budgets efficiently, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and programmatic networks.
  • Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, bid management, audience segmentation, and creative iteration.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.
  • Manage and allocate digital advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and market trend studies.
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, Looker, Mixpanel) to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Support SEO and organic growth initiatives as needed.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging ad tech, and new digital marketing opportunities.
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, paid search, and social media advertising.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs and attribution models.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics platforms.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable working with large data sets.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
  • Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong project management and communication abilities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital or performance marketing roles.
  • Certifications (preferred): Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot Marketing.
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Cost per Acquisition (CPA) / Cost per Lead (CPL).
  • Click-through Rate (CTR).
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • Campaign ROI and budget adherence.
