At Propacity, design isn’t decoration — it’s communication. You’ll be working on real-world projects that shape the visual identity of our brand across digital, social, and product platforms. From creative campaigns and product assets to explainer videos and social reels — you’ll get hands-on experience in end-to-end visual storytelling.

What You’ll Do

• Create eye-catching graphics, posts, and motion creatives for social media, product marketing, and digital ads.

• Design visuals for presentations, landing pages, and brand collaterals.

• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to translate ideas into clean, engaging visuals.

• Support in the ideation and design of campaigns, product launches, and social initiatives.

• Experiment with new styles, AI tools, and creative formats to push visual innovation.

• Maintain consistency with Propacity’s brand guidelines and tone of voice.

You’ll Excel in This Role If You...

• Have a strong eye for design, composition, and color.

• Are familiar with tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus).

• Are comfortable taking creative feedback and iterating quickly.

• Love experimenting with AI design design tools like Midjourney, Runway, or D-ID (optional but awesome!).

• Understand design for social media & digital storytelling.

• Have a portfolio (even a student one) that shows your design thinking and creativity.
