Graphic Designer Intern

Role Overview

The Graphic Designer Intern at Dangura Digital will work closely with the creative team to design visually impactful creatives for social media, digital campaigns, branding, and marketing assets. This role is ideal for a creative learner who wants real agency exposure, strong mentorship, and portfolio-worthy work.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Execution & Support

• Assist in designing social media posts, banners, posters, carousels, and ads
• Support creation of creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & Ads
• Work on basic branding assets such as brochures, presentations, and creatives
• Help in adapting designs into multiple formats and sizes

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with Graphic Designers, Content Writers, Social Media Executives, and Video Teams
• Understand creative briefs and implement feedback accurately
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions

Quality & Brand Consistency

• Ensure designs follow brand guidelines, fonts, colors, and visual style
• Maintain clean layouts, proper alignment, and visual hierarchy
• Support the team in maintaining design quality across brands

File Management & Process

• Organize design files and assets properly
• Follow Dangura Digital’s agency workflows, timelines, and approval processes
• Deliver assigned tasks on time with attention to detail

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Familiarity with Canva (for quick social creatives)
• Understanding of layout, typography, and color basics
• Creative mindset with eagerness to learn
• Ability to accept feedback and improve quickly
• Good communication and teamwork skills
