About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Digital Graphic Designer to join our team and help shape how we visually tell our story online. This role is an exciting opportunity to grow your skills as a designer while learning the ins and outs of digital marketing. You’ll get hands-on experience working across campaigns, email marketing, social media, and web design gaining exposure to diverse facets of brand building and creative strategy.

If you’re eager to learn, experiment, and see your work make a direct impact, this role will give you an impactful experience in both design and marketing.

What You’ll Work On

• Campaign Creative: Design digital assets for promotions and seasonal campaigns across web and paid channels.
• Email Marketing: Create engaging email templates and graphics that support campaign goals and drive customer engagement.
• Social Media Design: Produce graphics and visuals for Instagram, and other platforms (posts, stories, and motion assets).
• Web Design Support: Update and design site banners and web assets for both desktop and mobile.
• Brand Consistency: Apply and maintain brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
• Skill Development: Work closely with our marketing team, gaining insight into campaign planning, influencer marketing, and content strategy.

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and/or Canva.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge about how design supports digital marketing and brand growth.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and receptive to feedback
• A self-starter who’s excited to grow in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Bonus: Interest in fashion, sustainability, or social media marketing.

Language: English + Korean Speaking preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
