Junior Designer / Production Designer

Location: Wellsville, Utah (In Office)

Reports To: Art Director

Overview

RVLock is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Designer / Production Designer to join our growing creative team. This role supports the Art Director in producing a wide range of marketing and

product design assets — from digital ads and social media graphics to website visuals, content production, and tech packs. The ideal candidate is fast, organized, and thrives in a production-heavy environment where accuracy, speed, and creative consistency matters. They will be open to contributing outside of their role with the ability to effect change and company success.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Art Director to execute visual concepts across digital and print channels.
  • Create and produce production-ready files for advertising, packaging, website assets, and social media.
  • Develop clean and accurate tech packs, line sheets, and supporting documents for product design and manufacturing.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all materials and platforms.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Assist with image editing, resizing, and retouching as needed.
  • Organize and archive creative assets to ensure team efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere and After Effects a plus).
  • Video and photography experience is a plus
  • An aptitude for learning new software and skills
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and production processes for both digital and print media.
  • The ability to understand and follow a brand guide.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to proof your own work.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple deliverables.
  • Basic understanding of web graphics, responsive design, and asset optimization.
  • Formal education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent hands on experience.
  • Must have an online portfolio
