We’re Hiring: Graphic Design Manager

Are you a creative leader with a passion for design and team development? We’re looking for a talented Graphic Design Manager to join our team and lead our design department to the next level.

Location: Gulistan-e-Jouhar, Block 7
Duration: 6 months
Night Shift Timings: 8pm to 5am, Onsite
Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers.
• Oversee all visual content, ensuring design consistency across projects and platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
• Manage multiple design projects, timelines, and workloads.
• Ensure brand guidelines are maintained and enhanced.
• Review, approve, and provide constructive feedback on creative work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional design experience; 2+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva) and other design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design expertise and leadership capability.
• Excellent communication, project management, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage cross-functional collaboration.
