We are seeking a Graphic Designer to support the execution of Cigarette Racing’s marketing initiatives by coordinating campaigns, developing content, managing timelines, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels. This role serves as a key contributor to day-to-day marketing operations and works closely with the Marketing Manager, Sales, and other departments to deliver high-quality marketing assets that support brand awareness and business objectives.

Requirements:

Marketing Execution & Campaign Support

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate assigned campaign tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
• Assist with product launches, boat reveals, dealer initiatives, and brand activations.
• Track assigned campaign activities and report status updates to the Marketing Manager.

Brand & Content Support

• Execute marketing materials in accordance with Cigarette Racing’s brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Assist with the development and coordination of marketing content, including photography, video, and written assets.
• Creation of physical prints, such as boat designs*, brochures, pamphlets, banners, and posters.
• Review materials for accuracy, consistency, and presentation prior to release.
• Implement revisions efficiently based on leadership feedback.

Digital & Social Media Support

• Support management of social media platforms, including content scheduling and posting.
• Assist with website updates, email marketing content, and digital assets as assigned.
• Monitor engagement and performance metrics related to assigned responsibilities.
• Ensure digital content reflects Cigarette Racing’s luxury performance brand.

Event Support

• Coordinate logistics, materials, and marketing assets needed for events.
• Provide on-site or remote support during events as required by business needs.
• Support and ensure event materials and presentations align with brand standards.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to support marketing requests.
• Respond to internal requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain clear communication and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (specialized in Graphic Design), Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, communications, or a related role.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, etc.)
• Strong expertise in videography and end-to-end video editing, including shooting, post-production, and final delivery
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, digital platforms, and social media.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common marketing tools or platforms.

Employment Type: Full-Time (salary/exempt)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, with occasional overtime or weekends*

• Boat shows will require event attendance, with possible travel to non-local events.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Primarily office-based with occasional travel to events, photoshoots, or industry activities.
• May require extended hours during campaigns, launches, special events, or meet production project deadlines.
• Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment requiring flexibility and adaptability.

This role is based in a boat manufacturing or repair facility. The work environment may involve exposure to chemicals and fumes, requiring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
