Jr. Graphic Designer - Marketing

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Applied Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or creative agency environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of social media visual trends and digital marketing design requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail, layout, and typography skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Design & Content Creation

  • Design engaging visual materials for social media platforms, website, newsletters, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to conceptualize and execute creative ideas aligned with brand strategy.
  • Develop digital and print assets, including posts, banners, brochures, infographics, and event materials.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, digital marketing formats, and social media aesthetics.


Brand Identity & Visual Consistency

  • Ensure all designs adhere to Paradigm Studio’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across channels.
  • Contribute to evolving and refining the brand’s visual language to keep it fresh and contemporary.
  • Support the development of new sub-branding or campaign visuals when required.


Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with the Marketing and Business Development teams to translate marketing goals into effective visual concepts.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers or agencies (e.g., printers, photographers, videographers) when producing materials.
  • Provide visual support for company events, presentations, and client-facing materials.


Quality Control & Deadlines

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

Review and proof all materials to ensure accuracy, alignment with briefs, and excellence in design execution.
