Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Applied Arts, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or creative agency environment.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is a plus.

Strong understanding of social media visual trends and digital marketing design requirements.

Excellent attention to detail, layout, and typography skills.

Ability to work collaboratively while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Design & Content Creation

Design engaging visual materials for social media platforms, website, newsletters, presentations, and promotional campaigns.

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to conceptualize and execute creative ideas aligned with brand strategy.

Develop digital and print assets, including posts, banners, brochures, infographics, and event materials.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, digital marketing formats, and social media aesthetics.
Brand Identity & Visual Consistency

Ensure all designs adhere to Paradigm Studio’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across channels.

Contribute to evolving and refining the brand’s visual language to keep it fresh and contemporary.

Support the development of new sub-branding or campaign visuals when required.
Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with the Marketing and Business Development teams to translate marketing goals into effective visual concepts.

Coordinate with external suppliers or agencies (e.g., printers, photographers, videographers) when producing materials.

Provide visual support for company events, presentations, and client-facing materials.
Quality Control & Deadlines

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Review and proof all materials to ensure accuracy, alignment with briefs, and excellence in design execution.
