Graphic Designer & Marketing Executive (Female)

NFA Group is a growing real estate and construction company based in Qatar, specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Marketing Executive to join our team in Qatar. We are seeking a dynamic candidate who can combine strong visual design skills with marketing expertise to enhance our brand presence and create engaging content.

This role requires someone passionate about creativity, social media, and digital marketing, with the ability to contribute fresh ideas and execute them effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality social media creatives and marketing materials
• Create logos, banners, business cards, and full brand identities
• Manage and grow company social media accounts
• Write engaging copy and captions for posts and campaigns
• Develop and suggest creative content ideas
• Shoot and produce videos using a smartphone for social media platforms
• Support and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns

Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design, social media management, and content creation
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)
• Good understanding of digital marketing
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• Experience in video shooting and basic editing (mobile-based)
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
