Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Designer & Marketing Manager with a strong command of all major design tools, marketing platforms, and AI-powered technologies. The ideal candidate should possess a creative mindset, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality visual and marketing content across digital and on-ground channels, while effectively utilizing Artificial Intelligence tools for design, content optimization, and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative graphics for digital and print media.
- Design social media posts, advertisements, banners, brochures, and branding material.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create brand-focused visuals.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote GP Lubricants.
- Manage digital and on-ground marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and branding initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights.
- Utilize Artificial Intelligence tools for marketing analysis, automation, and content planning.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in graphic designing & Marketing .
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Marketing or Digital Marketing will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools for graphic design.
- Apply AI tools for marketing automation, data analysis, and campaign optimization.
- Manage digital & on-ground marketing, social media campaigns, and promotions.
- Conduct market research and analyze performance reports.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
