Graphic Designer – Marketing, UI/UX & Video

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and performance-driven Graphic Designer and video editor to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands branding, design psychology, and how to create visuals that not only look exceptional but also drive measurable results.

You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop high-impact creatives for digital campaigns, UI/UX projects, video content, and print materials. This is a fast-paced, growth-focused role for someone who wants to build strong creative impact within a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-converting ad creatives for Meta, Google, and other digital platforms

Create engaging social media content (posts, carousels, reels, short-form videos)

Design professional brochures, booklets, company profiles, and other print collateral

Develop strong visual concepts aligned with brand strategy

Design landing pages, wireframes, and UI/UX layouts using Figma

Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets

Handle video editing for ads, social media, and marketing campaigns

Produce short-form video content optimized for different platforms

Prepare digital and print-ready files with accuracy and attention to detail

Collaborate with marketing on campaign planning and creative strategy

Use modern AI tools to enhance ideation, workflow efficiency, and creative output

Stay updated with design trends, advertising standards, and platform requirements

Required Skills & Experience

2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Experience in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)

Proven experience in designing brochures, booklets, and marketing materials

Experience creating high-performing ad creatives for digital marketing

Strong understanding of design psychology, branding, and visual hierarchy

Hands-on experience with Figma (UI/UX design, wireframes, prototyping)

Ability to create engaging marketing videos with transitions, captions, and platform optimization

Strong attention to detail in typography, layout, spacing, and composition

Experience using AI tools to improve creative processes

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Degree in Design is preferable but not mandatory
