ABOUT THE ROLE

We run a high-demand Miro board design service for YouTube creators and coaches. Clients send us their video scripts or transcripts — we turn them into clean, visual Miro boards they can use for content, workshops, and teaching.

Orders come in consistently. We have a full SOP, a per-order checklist, and reference boards for you to work from. Your job is to execute the process, deliver clean boards, and handle client revisions — all inside Miro and Fiverr.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Read video scripts/transcripts and extract the main idea, key points, and CTA

- Build Miro boards from scratch following our SOP and quality checklist

- Deliver boards via shareable Miro link with a short client message

- Handle revision requests professionally, pushing back on scope creep when needed

YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU

- Have hands-on experience with Miro (preferable)

- Have a good eye for visual hierarchy, spacing, and clean layout

- Can follow a checklist and SOP without needing constant check-ins

- Deliver on time and communicate proactively if something's delayed

- Can work independently - we don't micromanage, but you need to be reliable

TOOLS YOU'LL USE

- Miro — all board work happens here

- Google Drive / Google Docs — for scripts and reference files

COMPENSATION

Paid per board delivered. Rate discussed after the test task based on speed and quality. Consistent volume for the right person — this is not a one-off.

THIS ROLE INCLUDES A PAID TEST TASK

Shortlisted applicants will receive one real order — a video script, our SOP, and our checklist. Build the board. No hand-holding. We review it against our quality rubric and hire based on output, not just experience.
