Graphic Designer (Mirpur AJK)

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with strong expertise in branding, digital design, and modern AI-powered design tools. The ideal candidate should be passionate about visual storytelling, up-to-date with design trends, and skilled in using AI to enhance creativity, productivity, and design quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute creative design projects for digital and print platforms (social media, websites, ads, branding, presentations, and marketing materials).
• Develop innovative concepts and visual strategies aligned with brand guidelines.
• Use AI tools (such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar) to generate ideas, visuals, layouts, and design variations.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions.
• Mentor junior designers and review their work for quality and consistency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency and professional standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).
• Professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, ChatGPT, or similar).
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Experience designing for social media, digital ads, and marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
