Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Motion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to create visually appealing graphics and engaging motion videos for social media and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design attractive and brand-aligned graphics for social media, websites, ads, brochures, and marketing materials
• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, reels, and short promotional videos
• Handle video editing, transitions, effects, and basic sound design
• Develop visual concepts, storyboards, and creative ideas
• Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams for campaign creatives
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality graphics and animation projects
• Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all designs

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Graphic Designing and/or Motion Graphics (Freshers with strong portfolios can apply)
• Proficiency in design & motion tools:
• Graphic Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
• Motion Tools: After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar
• Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong design sense
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience with 2D/3D animation
• Basic video shooting/editing knowledge
• Awareness of social media trends and content styles
