We’re hiring a Graphic Designer + Motion Designer who can own visual content end-to-end — from concept and static artwork to animation and video edits. This is a hands-on role reporting to the Creative Lead and working closely with Social, Content, and Performance teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design high-quality static assets: social posts, carousels, banners, email creatives, OOH mockups, pitch decks.
- Create short-form motion content: social videos, reels, animated banners, product explainer snippets (10–60s).
- Build animated templates for repeated use (Instagram stories, YouTube shorts, ad units).
- Collaborate on creative briefs, contribute ideas, storyboard short concepts.
- Deliver final exports optimized for platforms (Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, programmatic ads).
- Maintain brand consistency and create/maintain an asset library.
- Iterate quickly on creative based on feedback and performance data.
- Occasionally support shoots (frame grabs, basic color grading) and simple sound editing.
Must-have skills & tools
- 2–5 years experience in graphic + motion design (agency or in-house).
- Strong portfolio with both static visuals and motion reels.
- Adobe After Effects — confident with keyframes, precomps, expressions (basic).
- Adobe Premiere Pro for quick edits and cuts.
- Photoshop & Illustrator for compositing and vector work.
- Basic understanding of timing, easing, animation principles (squash/stretch, anticipation, ease-in/out).
- Knowledge of export settings, codecs, aspect ratios, and platform specs.
- Good sense of typography, composition, color, and brand application.
- Comfortable working in Figma/Sketch for handoffs and layout.
- Strong communication, time management, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
