We are currently seeking a Graphic Designer & Motion Specialist to join our global creative team in Dubai .

Experience You Will Need:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in graphic and motion design, ideally within luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, and Adobe Firefly.
• Strong technical and creative understanding of how AI integrates into design workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail, typography, and storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• A collaborative team player with a proactive approach and a keen eye for innovation.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Create and adapt global brand materials including presentations, reports, campaign assets, menus, and event collateral.
• Produce motion graphics, animations, and short-form video content for digital and social campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Senior Content Creator on visual storytelling, campaign concepts, and activations.
• Experiment with AI tools to enhance creative development and output quality.
• Ensure brand consistency across all materials and touchpoints.
• Support the Global Graphic Designer on global creative projects and maintain visual excellence across venues.
