Position Overview
Our ideal candidate is a passionate designer with a strong artistic and visual eye for design, as well as a detail-oriented and organized individual capable of maintaining processes and procedures in a fast-paced environment. This individual will play a key role in shaping the look and feel of our brand across digital and print – creating designs that inspire, engage, and drive sales. Good project management skills, an excellent communication style and the ability to respond quickly to last minute changes are required.
Responsibilities:

Ensure that Kendra Scott standards of design quality and creativity are reflected consistently in all collateral

Create and deliver compelling graphics for an array of business needs across all channels, including but not limited to Retail, E-commerce, Social, PR, Wholesale and Philanthropy marketing efforts

Work closely with Ecomm, CRM, and Performance Marketing teams to understand customer data to create enticing, revenue driving emails, web content, digital ads & social posts

Develop motion graphics, animated content, and edit short-form videos to support digital marketing, social media, and product storytelling

Support print designers in peak seasons with retail marketing, print ads, and wholesale assets

Contribute to seasonal art direction and creative ideation, partnering with the creative team to bring forward innovative concepts that align with upcoming collections and brand moments

Stay current with design, retail, and technology trends to continually elevate our brand’s visual impact
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:-
3+ years’ experience as a Graphic Designer for a high-growth company, experience with a retail company is a plus

Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere

Thorough knowledge of visual design principals: graphic design, layout, typography, color and branding

A proven ability to execute with consistent delivery, manage multiple priorities and react to quick turnarounds based on evolving business needs
