Graphic Designer - (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality, custom thumbnails for YouTube videos that maximize engagement.
• Collaborate with video editors, content creators, and marketing team to understand the message and tone of each video.
• Analyze performance metrics (e.g., CTR) to iterate and improve thumbnail designs.
• Keep up with current design trends on YouTube and suggest new creative approaches.
• Manage and prioritize multiple thumbnail projects under tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio of YouTube thumbnails or similar digital media work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
• Strong understanding of YouTube thumbnail best practices (contrast, color psychology, facial expressions, text usage).
• Ability to take creative direction and constructive feedback.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Passion for YouTube and understanding of what drives views and engagement.

Pay: ₹9,808.62 - ₹32,638.57 per month
