Social Media Manager cum Graphic Designer (On-Site— Lahore)

About the Role

This role combines visual creativity and strategic communication. You’ll manage our social media channels, design compelling visuals, and help shape our brand’s digital voice.
The ideal candidate understands how design, storytelling, and platform strategy work together—especially across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and publish creative content (posts, stories, reels, videos, etc.) across all social platforms.
• Manage and grow brand presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter/X.
• Design visually engaging materials for campaigns, posts, and marketing collateral using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
• Assist with LinkedIn outreach tasks—connecting with professionals, following relevant pages, and supporting lead generation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency and storytelling.
• Analyze content performance and suggest improvements for engagement and reach.
• Support basic video editing and short-form content production.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in social media management and graphic design (must show real work or portfolio).
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma (or similar).
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
• Understanding of LinkedIn marketing and professional outreach.
• Awareness of current social media trends, design aesthetics, and audience engagement strategies.
• 6 months of experience in a similar creative or digital marketing role.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
