Graphic Designer/Retail Sales Associate

Big Frog Custom T-Shirts and more of Monmouth is a family owned and locally operated Franchise. We specialize in giving our customers the best product possible by providing them with excellent customer service, quick and professional customized designs, and a variety of different printing processes to choose from. We’re seeking individuals with a friendly attitude and willingness to learn to join our team. Your daily tasks will include but are not limited to the following:

Responsibilities and Duties

. Must be onsite, no remote work hours.

· Great attitude and willingness to perform all jobs in the store with a team oriented approach.

· Prioritize daily production.

· follow set work flow procedures.

· complete opening and/or closing responsibilities.

· Provide customers information about our product and service offerings.

· Have an excellent understanding of each printing technique we offer, and can recommend the best process to a customer depending on their needs.

· Create designs using in house design software in an acceptable time frame.

· Print various garments using our in house printing techniques.

· Give customers accurate quotes and estimates for orders.

· Enthusiastically greet customers in a timely manner, answer the phones professionally, and respond to customer emails.

· Weekly Post on social media sites Facebook and Instagram.

· Able to use the Big Frog POS system to ring up customers. Will provide POS training.

· Maintain Cleanliness of the store.

· Come to work on time.

Qualifications

· Must have at least 2 year experience in Customer Service.

· Must have at least 2 year experience in a Retail setting.

. Must have 3 plus years of designing experience.

· Must have basic computer skills.

· Must have a High School diploma or equivalent education level.

· Must be able to work weekends

· Ability to lift at least 30 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

· Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design.

· Previous Experience with CorelDraw, Adobe or other design software programs.

· experience in garment printing industry a plus

· bonus points given if you have supervisory experience
