Job Description

We are looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our organic foods supermarket team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating attractive and engaging designs for product branding, in-store promotions, digital marketing, and social media content. This role suits both experienced designers and freshers with strong creative skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials such as flyers, posters, banners, brochures, and shelf labels
• Create engaging visuals for organic food products, promotions, and offers
• Design content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Assist with packaging design and product branding
• Ensure brand consistency across all printed and digital materials
• Edit product images and promotional visuals
• Coordinate with the marketing and management team for campaign requirements
• Meet deadlines while maintaining high design quality

Required Tools & Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Experience using Canva for quick promotional designs
• Basic knowledge of social media design formats
• Understanding of branding and color theory
• Creativity, attention to detail, and good time management

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (preferred)
• Freshers are welcome to apply with a strong portfolio
• Experience in retail, food, or supermarket branding is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn
