Graphic Designer (Part-Time Internship)

CenCore is seeking a part-time, onsite Graphic Designer (Intern) to support brand and marketing initiatives by producing high-quality visual assets across digital, social, print, and presentation channels. This role is ideal for a student or early-career designer who wants hands-on experience in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with opportunities for growth and continued employment beyond the internship period.

Responsibilities

• Produce creative assets for social media, slide decks, one-pagers, print collateral, website content, and other marketing materials.
• Assist in developing visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative design ideas.
• Maintain consistency across all visual outputs and ensure branding is aligned.
• Organize and manage design files, templates, and asset libraries for efficiency.
• Assist with photo editing, retouching, mockups, and layout adjustments as needed.
• Learn and support CenCore’s design workflows, building technical proficiency with design tools.
• Collaborate with marketing and strategic communications teams to meet project timelines.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Art, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of design experience (internships, coursework, or freelance accepted).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Portfolio required demonstrating creative thinking and design execution.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar tools is preferred.
