Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across Meta, Google & other platforms
- Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (lead generation, conversions, ROI-focused campaigns)
- Handle complete social media management
- Create regular post designs (static posts, reel covers, stories, promotional creatives)
- Advanced graphic designing
- Develop creative campaign ideas aligned with brand positioning
- Monitor analytics, insights, and competitor trends
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in Digital & Performance Marketing
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Experience in social media handling (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Graphic designing advanced skills
- Ability to create engaging content and ads
- Analytical mindset with performance tracking ability
