Job Summary:

The Videographer/Photographer/Editor is responsible for capturing, producing, and editing high-quality visual content for a variety of projects. This role requires a creative individual with a strong understanding of visual storytelling, technical expertise in video and photography, and proficiency in editing software. The ideal candidate will be able to manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all deliverables meet the company's standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Videography:
• Plan, shoot, and direct video productions, including interviews, promotional videos, social media content, and event coverage.
• Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
• Capture high-quality video footage in various settings and conditions.
• Manage on-location video shoots, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to schedules.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to develop creative video concepts.
• Photography:
• Capture high-quality photographs for a variety of purposes, including product photography, portraits, event coverage, and marketing materials.
• Set up and manage lighting and backdrops for photo shoots.
• Edit and retouch photographs to achieve desired aesthetic and quality.
• Maintain and organize digital photo libraries.
• Video and Photo Editing:
• Edit video and photo content using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Assemble raw footage into polished final products, including adding graphics, music, and sound effects.
• Color correct and grade video footage and photographs.
• Ensure consistent branding and visual style across all content.
• Manage and organize digital media files.
• Export and deliver final video and photo products in various formats.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment, footage, and project details.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest video and photography trends and technologies.
• Contribute to the creative process, offering ideas and suggestions for visual content.
• Equipment Maintenance:
• Maintain and care for all video, photography, and editing equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Videographer, Photographer, and Editor in a professional environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video and photography.
• Proficiency in industry-standard video and photo editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).
• Excellent understanding of video and photography principles, including composition, lighting, and sound.
• Strong creative and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Drivers Licence and ability to travel to various locations photography
• Knowledge of social media video formats and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Passionate in Film, Photography, Media Production, or a related field.
• Experience in motion graphics and animation.
• Experience in videography and photography.
