Graphic Designer / Photographer

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative:

• Create engaging and visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print materials (ads, banners, brochures, presentations, packaging, etc.).
• Develop brand-consistent designs for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visual content that aligns with campaign objectives.
• Ensure all creative work follows brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel.

Social Media Management:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, etc.).
• Plan and schedule posts, stories, and campaigns using content calendars.
• Monitor trends, competitors, and analytics to improve engagement and performance.
• Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and build community interaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and influencer partnerships.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Social Media Manager.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills (branding, marketing, social media creatives).
• Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva/Figma.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for trends in design and digital media.

Preferred:

• Experience in photography, videography, or motion graphics.
• Knowledge of paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
• Basic copywriting skills for captions and ad copy.
