Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer cum Photographer to join our photo studio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality photographs, retouching images, and creating visually appealing designs for both digital and print media. The role requires a balance of artistic vision, technical skill, and design sensibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Photography:
- Capture studio portraits, product photos, event coverage, and other creative shoots as required.
- Set up lighting, backgrounds, and camera equipment for each session.
- Retouch and color-correct photos to maintain a consistent studio aesthetic.
- Manage and organize photo archives systematically.
Graphic Design:
- Design posters, flyers, banners, social media posts, and other promotional materials.
- Create album layouts, invitation cards, and branding materials for clients.
- Edit and enhance images using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other editing tools.
- Collaborate with clients and the creative team to conceptualize and execute design ideas.
Other Duties:
- Assist in maintaining studio equipment and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Support marketing campaigns through creative visuals.
- Stay updated with design trends, photography styles, and editing techniques.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in photography and graphic design (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, and related software.
- Good understanding of lighting, composition, and photo retouching.
- Creativity with attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Photography, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Experience in studio photography, event coverage, or product photography.
- Basic video editing skills (added advantage).
