Position Overview

We are seeking a versatile Graphic Designer / Photographer / Videographer to join our marketing and creative team. This role requires a creative professional with strong design skills and expertise in photography and videography to produce high-quality visuals for digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in concept creation, shooting, editing, and delivering engaging content that enhances the company’s brand image and supports sales and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials including brochures, catalogs, banners, posters, social media content, and digital ads.
• Capture high-quality product and lifestyle photographs for promotional use.
• Shoot and edit engaging videos for product demonstrations, social media, training, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
• Work with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
• Maintain an organized library of visual assets (photos, videos, graphics).
• Retouch and edit images to professional standards.
• Manage end-to-end video production, including storyboarding, filming, editing, sound, and post-production.
• Stay updated with trends in design, photography, and digital media to bring fresh ideas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Photographer, Videographer, or similar creative role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom).
• Strong portfolio showcasing design, photography, and video editing skills.
• Knowledge of lighting, composition, and color theory.
• Hands-on experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, studio lighting, and audio equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in product photography and corporate branding.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content strategies.
• Strong storytelling ability to create impactful visual narratives.
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
