Graphic Designer (Photoshop& Canva Expert)

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling design assets for digital media (social media posts, banners, ads, email graphics, website graphics) using Photoshop and Canva.
• Design print-ready materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, signage, packaging mockups, corporate gifts graphics, etc.
• Collaborate with the branding and production teams to ensure designs are in line with company & client brand guidelines.
• Adapt and repurpose designs between formats (e.g. transforming a social media graphic into a banner or poster design).
• Ensure all visuals are of high resolution and quality and meet print or digital specifications.
• Iterate designs based on feedback, maintaining deadlines.
• Maintain organized files, design templates, & a library of reusable assets.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques relevant to both digital and print media.
• Occasionally assist with other creative tasks: mockups, signage layouts, packaging design, etc.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong proven experience as a Graphic Designer, especially with Adobe Photoshop + Canva.
• Portfolio showing both digital and print work.
• Good understanding of print production processes (bleed, color modes, DPI, CMYK vs RGB) and what makes print designs successful.
• Strong typography, layout, color theory skills.
• Ability to work fast without compromising quality; meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills; able to understand and implement feedback.
• Knowledge of brand identity—how to keep designs consistent with brand’s voice & guidelines.
• Highly organized; good file management skills.
• Bonus / desirable: basic illustration, experience with other Adobe Suite tools (Illustrator, InDesign), motion graphics, or video assets.

Experience & Education

• 2–4 years (or more) of relevant experience in graphic design; some of that must involve both print and digital work.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred.
• Experience working in an agency environment is an advantage.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
