Purpose of the Role:
The candidate should have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experience in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.
Key Responsibilities (Functional Competencies):
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various digital platforms
- Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print, and digital media as well understand
ideation from the team lead to ensure timely deliverables
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive
landscape and market trends
- Should have attention to detail and deliver in a timely fashion
- Excellent Skills of Photo Editing and creating Visual Content
- Having video editing in their resume would be a plus Lead and support the implementation of
paid marketing strategies for clients across multiple industries.
- Examine correlations between prospecting activities, revenue, and budget.
- Measure and optimize our paid marketing using specific platform specific dashboards, Google
Analytics, and landing page reports.
- Research and test campaigns with new vendors to expand their reach and/or lower/increase
cost-per-acquisition & ROAS respectively.
- Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across
all paid programs.
- Craft content strategy for landing pages and lead-gen forms to distribute through relevant paid
programs.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels (FB, Instagram, Google,
Pinterest, TikTok, YT, Twitter, Bing, Discord etc.) and strategies to keep us ahead, including
updates on social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.
- Monitor market intelligence and keep track on competitor movement and market situation
- Manage all social media platforms for the company
- Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan.
- Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns.
- Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own
media channels.
- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics.
- Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback
& present results.
Requirements:
- 2 years of minimum experience in retail setup
- Must have done at least 4 projects related to the designing
- BBA, B.Com, or BA with relevant certifications and experience managing projects or operations in the fitness/sports industry.
- .Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (Expert level)
- Adobe Premiere (Expert level)
- Adobe After Effects (Intermediate level)
- Hands on with latest tools and technologiesSkills, Personality Traits:
- Creative design sense (color, typography, layout)
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva ka use
- Social media & print design ka experience
- Client communication & time management
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
