We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Print Operator to join our apparel production team. This role combines graphic design expertise with hands-on garment printing responsibilities. The ideal candidate has experience designing for clothing and operating printing equipment to produce high-quality finished products.

Responsibilities

· Design graphics, logos, and layouts for T-shirts, hoodies, uniforms, and other apparel

· Prepare print-ready files for DTG, heat transfer, sublimation, or screen printing

· Operate and maintain garment printing equipment

· Ensure accurate color matching and print placement

· Perform quality control checks on finished products

· Assist with pressing, curing, folding, and packaging garments

· Maintain a clean and organized production workspace

Qualifications

· Minimum 1-year experience in a clothing brand or print shop

· Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

· Experience in apparel design or garment printing

· Strong understanding of file setup (vector artwork, resolution, color modes)

· Attention to detail and strong color accuracy

· Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

· Team player with good communication skills

· Knowledge of fashion trends and garment materials

· Valid QID with authorization to work in Qatar.
