Successful Print Shop in Sylvan Lake is looking for a Full-Time Graphic Designer & Print Production associate. The ideal candidate will have design and print production experience. This position has the strong potential to grow into a Full-Time print production manager role.This position will be working very closely with our business accounts, working in the adobe suite, and the fiery command workstation.A team player attitude and desire to serve the client are the 2 most important attributes of anyone on our team. We will be providing training to the right candidate, but looking for some print knowledge to expand upon.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative visual concepts for branding, marketing collateral, digital content, and advertising campaigns.
• Create high-quality graphics using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Design logos, icons, layouts, and visual assets that enhance brand recognition and aesthetic appeal.
• Produce motion graphics and video content utilizing Adobe After Effects and video editing software to support multimedia projects.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to craft compelling presentations, social media visuals, and web assets optimized for various platforms including WordPress and content management systems.
• Manage color accuracy and consistency across all digital art projects through effective color management techniques.
• Prepare print-ready files for sign manufacturing, print advertising, and other physical media while adhering to technical specifications.
• Assist in UI/UX design processes by creating wireframes, prototypes in InVision or Sketch, and layout designs for websites or applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript as needed.
• Ensure all visual designs meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.

Experience

• Proven experience in graphic design or production artistry within a fast-paced creative environment.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, Sketch, Figma, and InVision.
• Demonstrated ability to create digital art, illustrations, typography-based designs, and photo manipulation techniques.
• Experience with motion graphics creation using Adobe After Effects or similar tools.
• Knowledge of web design fundamentals including HTML, CSS, JavaScript; familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems is a plus.
• Understanding of color theory, layout design principles, typesetting, and sign manufacturing processes.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to team members and clients.
