Graphic Designer – Retail Media Specialist

We are seeking a talented and commercially-minded Graphic Designer to join our team, with a dedicated focus on Retail Media .

You will be the creative bridge between our partner brands (restaurants, supermarkets, FMCG) and Snoonu's customers. Your goal will be to create high-impact visuals that not only look great but also drive clicks and boost sales within our digital ecosystem.

🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On

• Develop and optimize high-impact visual assets for Retail Media ads (banners, carousels …) on the Snoonu app and website.
• Quickly prepare and adapt graphic materials for various channels (online and offline), ensuring visual consistency.
• Ensure strict adherence to the brand guidelines of Snoonu, its sub-brands, and, crucially, our retail partners.
• Assist in art direction and promotional content creation, including product photoshoots designed to spotlight partners.
  
  

🧙‍♂️ The Magic You Bring

• 2-3 years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on e-commerce, digital advertising, or marketing.
• A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create performance-driven assets (ads, banners) and not just branding.
• Full mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
• Practical knowledge of using AI tools (like MidJourney, DALL-E) and the ability to write effective prompts for image generation.
• Excellent understanding of typography, composition, colour theory, and visual hierarchy as applied to digital design.
• An obsessive attention to detail, pro-activity, and the ability to receive and implement feedback constructively.

• Knowledge of trends in food photography and visual design for e-commerce (especially FMCG - Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).
• Previous experience designing for Retail Media or performance ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• A willingness to learn and grow quickly in the dynamic field of Food & Grocery tech.
