Graphic Designer (Senior)

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in design and production, with strong skills in pitch deck creation, illustrations, and end-to-end creative workflow management. You should be able to lead the production process, deliver high-quality visual content, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Candidates with experience in production-focused roles will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design production process from concept to final delivery.
• Create compelling and visually engaging pitch decks and presentations.
• Develop custom illustrations, icons, and creative assets as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and quality standards.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Maintain proper file structure, version control, and asset organization.
• Prepare final files for print, digital, and social media platforms.
• Ensure quality checks including color accuracy, formatting, and resolution before delivery.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a production-focused role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing pitch decks, illustrations, and design variety.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience preparing assets for print and digital platforms.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
