Hiring: "Graphic Designer - Senior Executive"
Are you a creative leader with a passion for design and team development? We’re looking for a talented Graphic Design Manager to join our team and lead our design department to the next level.
Location: Gulistan-e-Jouhar, Block 7
Night Shift Timings: 8pm to 5am, Onsite
Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers.
Oversee all visual content, ensuring design consistency across projects and platforms.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals.Manage multiple design projects, timelines, and workloads.Ensure brand guidelines are maintained and enhanced.Review, approve, and provide constructive feedback on creative work.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.3+ years of professional design experience;
2+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva) and other design tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing design expertise and leadership capability.
Excellent communication, project management, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage cross-functional collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
