About the Role
We’re looking for a mid-level graphic designer who actually gets it, someone who understands English clearly, cares about typography, and knows how to visually communicate in a way that makes an eCommerce brand feel premium, consistent, and scroll-stopping.

Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality social media posts, banners, and ads specifically for eCommerce brands.
- Maintain strong typography standards font pairing, spacing, hierarchy, alignment.
- Handle CapCut video editing for reels, short-form content, and promotional videos.
- Perform image manipulation, retouching, background cleanup, color correction, and compositing.
- Design logos, brand assets, icons, packaging visuals, and other brand identity elements.
- Align and position content perfectly according to the image layout and creative direction.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and campaigns.
- Work closely with marketing and content teams to develop concepts, mood boards, and creative ideas.
- Deliver work on deadlines every time.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Good understanding of English (reading + interpreting instructions).
- Strong command of typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, and modern design principles.
- Solid experience in designing for eCommerce brands (beauty, lifestyle, fashion, home & kitchen, etc.).
- Proficient in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- CapCut / Premiere (basic to intermediate)
- Ability to create scroll-stopping social media creatives.
- Strong understanding of product photography angles, lighting corrections, and layout compositions.
- Experience in logo design and brand identity concepts.
- Creative mindset with the ability to bring fresh, on-trend ideas.
Preferred (Bonus) Skills
- Experience in packaging design.
- Knowledge of color psychology, branding, and marketing-led creative thinking.
- Familiarity with reels trends and short-form editing styles.
