At Stoner Graphix, design is more than how it looks—it’s how it works in the real world. As a Graphic Designer, you’ll collaborate with our design, production, and project management teams to craft signage that’s not only visually powerful but also technically sound and ready for fabrication.

Key Responsibilities

• Create original signage designs for a wide range of applications including logo development, typography-driven signage, wall murals, dimensional lettering, vehicle wraps, and wayfinding systems
• Produce clean, scalable vector artwork ready for CNC routing, large-format printing, vinyl application, and on-site installation
• Translate architectural drawings and brand guidelines into functional and visually compelling signage concepts
• Work cross-functionally with fabrication and project management to ensure design accuracy, material feasibility, and install readiness
• Contribute to internal design reviews and help refine projects through feedback and collaboration
• Maintain brand consistency across all client deliverables
• Balance creative vision with real-world production constraints—materials, scale, site conditions, and fabrication methods

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in the signage industry or related field such as environmental or experiential design
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (vector design is central to this role)
• Strong portfolio showcasing logo design, typography, mechanical drawing, and signage-related work
• Ability to visualize design in 3D space and for real-world application
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple active projects
• Comfort working with fabrication methods and production constraints
• A collaborative attitude and the ability to problem-solve across departments
