Job Overview:
Emirates Talent Solution is looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience designing brands in the advertising sector. This role requires a keen eye for design, strong attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-impact visuals for both digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Design & Branding:

· Design eye-catching graphics for social media, advertisements, brochures, billboards, websites.

· Collaborate with marketing and content teams to bring concepts to life through creative visual storytelling.

· Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.

Digital & Print Design:

· Develop digital content including social media posts, email campaigns, web banners, and video thumbnails.

· Design print materials such as brochures, roll-up banners, project flyers, and exhibition collateral.

Concept Development:

· Translate ideas and briefs into impactful and original visual concepts.

· Brainstorm creative ideas and contribute to campaign development with fresh and relevant designs.

Project Management:

· Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.

· Maintain organized project files and adhere to brand and content guidelines.

Trend Awareness:

· Stay updated with design trends relevant to advertising.

· Suggest and implement fresh ideas to keep designs modern and effective.

Key Requirements:

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Experience:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in advertising environments.

· Strong portfolio demonstrating creative range and design expertise.

Technical & Soft Skills:

· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus).

· Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding.

· Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.

· Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.

Pay: Rs110,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
