Job Summary:

The Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive will be responsible for designing creative visuals, managing all social media platforms, and executing digital marketing activities for CAS. The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design and video editing skills, along with experience in handling posting, scheduling, and engagement on social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design: Create visually appealing designs for social media, websites, and marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and Freepik resources.
  • Social Media Management: Handle all CAS social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube—ensuring consistent posting, branding, and audience engagement.
  • Content Creation: Develop creative concepts, social media posts, stories, reels, and short promotional videos aligned with marketing goals.
  • Video Editing: Edit and produce engaging videos for social media reel,
  • Posting & Scheduling: Plan, design, and publish posts regularly while maintaining brand tone and visual consistency.
  • Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to align designs and campaigns with brand strategy and lead generation goals.
  • Trend Research: Stay updated with design trends, social media updates, and best practices to improve content performance.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing marketing activities such as digital promotions, brand awareness campaigns, and content marketing.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging visuals, captions, and marketing materials that reflect CAS’s brand identity.
  • Idea Generation: Develop new and innovative ideas to strengthen CAS’s marketing presence and audience engagement.
  • Social Media Management: Handle day-to-day management of all CAS social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) including posting, scheduling, and responding to messages/comments.
  • Lead Generation: Execute digital strategies and campaigns focused on generating qualified leads for CAS.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and social media management.
  • Strong expertise in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and Freepik.
  • Basic to intermediate video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools).
  • Excellent understanding of social media algorithms and posting strategies.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
