dedicated to providing Fit OUT services. We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer / Social Media Expert to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for managing our online presence across multiple platforms, crafting creative campaigns, and engaging with our audience to help elevate our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- Analyze the performance of current strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Create engaging and relevant content (graphics, videos, copy) for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Plan, curate, and schedule daily social media posts to ensure a consistent brand presence.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visuals that support messaging and brand identity.
- Community Engagement:
- Monitor social media platforms, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain relationships with followers, influencers, and industry leaders.
- Foster online communities, creating conversations and driving user-generated content.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, track their performance, and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Oversee content calendar management for campaign launches and promotional events.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track key performance metrics such as engagement rate, reach, conversions, and ROI.
- Use analytics tools to provide insights on the effectiveness of social media campaigns and overall strategy.
- Report on monthly/weekly KPIs and adjust tactics to meet objectives.
- Trend Monitoring & Innovation:
- Stay up to date on industry trends, social media changes, new tools, and emerging platforms.
- Identify opportunities for creative social media growth and experimentation with new tactics.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to ensure alignment in messaging and branding.
- Provide recommendations for cross-department collaboration in campaigns and promotional efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and social media management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in creating content that aligns with brand voice and business objectives.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, metrics, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Creative and strategic mindset, with an eye for detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience with paid advertising campaigns on social media is a plus.
- Expert in (Adobe suite - Video and Pictures Editing)
