Graphic Designer/ Social Media Management

Lateral Media is growing, and we’re looking for a Graphic Design & Social Media Manager to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone who is creative, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. You’ll work across a variety of clients and industries, bringing marketing strategies to life through design, content creation, and digital execution — including social media and website updates.

What You’ll Do

This position combines creative design, social media management, and light web design responsibilities, including:

• Designing graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising
• Managing and scheduling social media content across multiple client accounts and platforms
• Assisting with website updates and basic design work within WordPress
• Maintaining visual brand consistency across all client platforms
• Collaborating with the Lateral Media team on campaign planning, creative direction, and client deliverables
• Monitoring engagement and performance metrics to help optimize content and strategy
• Managing multiple client projects while staying organized and meeting deadlines
• Supporting day-to-day marketing initiatives and creative projects as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Strong graphic design skills (Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite)
• Experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses
• Working knowledge of WordPress or website design/editing
• Excellent time management and strong attention to detail
• Ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Creative thinker who can adapt to different brand voices and industries

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

• Experience working in an agency or managing multiple client accounts
• Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, or paid social ads
• Photography, video editing, or content capture experience
