Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager to join our growing team. In this dual-function role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling visual content, building and maintaining our brand identity through logo design, and driving consistent engagement across our social media channels. Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Design logos, brand assets, andmarketing materials
• Create on-brand graphics for print and digital use
• Develop visual identities and brand guidelines
• Produce templates for ongoing content needs

Social Media

• Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & TikTok
• Plan and publish content on a consistent schedule
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages
• Track analytics and report on performance metrics

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design (2+ years preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma
• Strong portfolio demonstrating logo design and brand identity work
• Hands-on experience managing business social media accounts
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of basic social media analytics and reporting

Nice to Have

• Experience with video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
• Photography or content production skills
• Experience running paid social media ad campaigns
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles
