Job Summary:
The North Land Institute of Training in Dubai is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content and managing the Institute’s social media presence across multiple platforms to enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and support student recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design:
- Create engaging and on-brand visual content for digital and print media, including brochures, flyers, banners, ads, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Design creative assets for email campaigns, website content, and student communication.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials and platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop visual concepts that support institutional goals and marketing campaigns.
- Edit photos and videos for online distribution.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase engagement and visibility.
- Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Plan and execute social media campaigns for programs, events, and student recruitment drives.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly to optimize reach and impact.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the education or training sector.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Experience managing business social media accounts and digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, or Hootsuite).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and social media work.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic video editing and motion graphics experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO and paid social advertising is an advantage.
