About Us

We are seeking a dynamic Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager to lead our visual identity and online presence. This role is the creative engine of our team, responsible for producing high-impact designs for print and digital use while managing our social media platforms to ensure a strong, cohesive, and HIPAA-compliant digital footprint.

Role Overview

This position balances graphic design with social media execution. You will serve as our primary visual storyteller, creating a range of materials, from physical print collateral to engaging digital campaigns. You will not only design the content but also manage the posting schedules and community engagement that bring our brand to life.

Primary Responsibilities

Graphic Design (Print & Digital):

  • Brand Identity: Champion brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent visual style across all platforms, facility signage, and marketing materials.
  • Print Production: Design and produce high-quality print collateral, including brochures, flyers, and internal facility signage.
  • Digital Assets: Create visually compelling graphics for the website, email marketing, and digital advertisements.
  • Video/Motion: Create short-form video content and motion graphics for digital use.

Social Media Management:

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive posting calendar for Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Content Execution: Write engaging captions and headlines that complement your visual designs.
  • Community Engagement: Cultivate active engagement by monitoring comments, responding to messages, and interacting with followers.
  • Growth & Analysis: Execute multi-platform campaigns to grow brand awareness and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics or platform insights.
  • Compliance: Ensure all social media activity and imagery strictly adhere to HIPAA guidelines and privacy standards.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design and social media management.
  • Portfolio Required: Must demonstrate proficiency in both print design (layout/production) and digital/social content.
  • Software: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign are essential).
  • Storytelling: Proven ability to take a concept from an idea to a finished, high-performing social post or print piece.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Social Media: Deep understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and scheduling tools.
  • Communication: Excellent writing and editing skills for social media copy.
  • Organization: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of creative requests.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare or a HIPAA-regulated environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects for video editing.
  • Photography skills or experience with art direction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
