We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager
Bluemen Coffee & Sweets – Riyadh, KSA

Bluemen Coffee & Sweets, a growing café brand with 8 branches across Riyadh, is looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can combine design skills with social media expertise to promote our brand, highlight new menu items, and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality visuals for promotions, menus, and marketing campaigns
• Create and post engaging content for new items, discounts, and special offers
• Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Snapchat, etc.)
• Develop creative ideas to attract customers and increase sales
• Handle job posts and recruitment-related content
• Ensure consistent and attractive branding across all branches

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required)
• Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools
• Experience in social media management and content creation
• Understanding of marketing strategies and customer engagement
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
