Graphic Designer (Social Media & Packaging)

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team, specializing in designing engaging social media content and innovative packaging designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to translate brand identity into compelling designs across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing and on-brand social media posts, including static graphics, animations, and short videos, to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Create innovative and functional packaging designs that align with brand guidelines and appeal to target audiences.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns for product launches, promotions, and seasonal events.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and packaging formats (boxes, labels, etc.).
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, social media best practices, and packaging innovations to keep our brand fresh and competitive.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Work closely with printers and vendors to ensure packaging designs are production-ready and meet technical specifications.
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media and packaging design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (e.g., Canva, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, their design requirements, and best practices.
• Familiarity with packaging design processes, materials, and printing techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality, innovative designs.
• Must be able to multi-task within a fast-paced working environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design with an emphasis on packaging design
• Understanding of sustainability in packaging design.
