Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design
- Create high-quality visuals for digital and print, including:
- Social media graphics
- Website banners
- Email campaigns
- Infographics
- Event materials
- Product packaging or brand assets
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
- Edit photos and videos as needed.
Social Media Management
- Develop and implement a content calendar across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Design and post engaging content to increase followers and engagement.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Run paid ad campaigns (if applicable) and monitor performance.
- Track and report on KPIs using analytics tools.
- Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
- Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategies, and algorithms.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Photography and videography experience is a bonus.
