Graphic Designing & Social Media Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist to lead the design and execution of engaging visual content across multiple platforms. This hybrid role combines creative design skills with social media management expertise to strengthen brand presence, increase audience engagement, and support marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

· Design visually appealing, on-brand graphics, infographics, and promotional materials for web, social media, and print.

· Create and edit high-quality visuals using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or other design tools.

· Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital and offline channels.

· Collaborate with internal teams to develop design concepts for campaigns, ads, presentations, and events.

Social Media Management

· Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and others.

· Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for engagement.

· Analyze social media performance, prepare reports, and suggest data-driven improvements.

Requirements

· Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Social Media Specialist, or a similar hybrid role.

· Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or equivalent design tools.

· Strong understanding of social media trends, best practices, and analytics tools.

· Excellent eye for design, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
